Jag lade till lite flingor på min yoghurt imorse, vilken skillnad det blev! Det var så gott! Dagens frukost bestod av smal yoghurt, flingor, hallon och kiwi. Avslutade med lite linfrön ovanpå.

I added some cereal to my yoghurt this morning, what a difference! It was so delicious! I ate low fat yoghurt with some cereals, raspberries and kiwi. Topped it off with some linseed.
