Så här såg mina spagater och bakböjningar ut efter gårdagens lektion. Min rygg kändes riktigt mjuk så jag tryckte på ganska hårt. Hoppas bara att jag lyckas mjuka upp övre delen av ryggen.

This is how my front splits and back bends looked like after yesterday’s class. My back felt really soft so I pushed quite hard. I just hope I manage to soften my upper back more.

  1. Upper back flexibility is also a huge problem for me… I’m so stiff, all the stress and tiredness tend to concentrate in that area ?

    1. I’m still struggling with my upper back. I don’t know if I ever will be more flexible there due to my injury but I won’t stop trying though! I’ll let you know if I find some way to soften the area up 🙂

      1. Thank you I’d like that ! I have a scoliosis too so it often makes me look ugly if I let my usual posture take over especially while dancing ??
