Practice and Stretching

Jag tränade lite men inte speciellt mycket. Gjorde bara lite övningar vid “räcket”, lite adagio och hopp. Stretchade min straddle och split efteråt men kände mig ganska stel. Kändes dock bättre efter ett tag.

I practiced a little but not very much today. Just a little “barre” work, some adagio and jumps. I stretched my straddle and middle split afterwards but I felt quite stiff. It felt better after a while though.
