Feet Friday


Börjar sakna baletten ordentligt. Mitt knä krånglar just nu så jag hoppas jag kommer kunna fortsätta dansa i framtiden. Har bett Angelica att kika på någon lektion nästa vecka, hoppas hon hittar något. Tror jag behöver dansa, för att komma tillbaka till mig själv, vem det nu är.

I’m starting to miss ballet so much. My knee is causing trouble though so I hope I’ll be able to dance in the future. I’ve asked Angelica to help me look for a class for us next week, I hope she manages to find something. I think I need to dance, to get back to myself, or whoever I am.

  1. That’s important to do something you like, where you can express yourself freely. That’s probably the best way to make you feel alive and (re)discovering who you are. I hope you will have this lesson! Try to manage one regularly (1/week, 1/ 2weeks, 1/ 3weeks, 1/month), a routine help to balance. Take care
