Another foot stretch

Det här är ett annat sätt att stretcha fötterna på. Vi gör den alltid på balettlektionerna. Försök att hålla vristerna raka och sickla inte. Kom ihåg att hålla kvar utåtvridningen också!

This is another way of stretching your feet. We do this stretch all the time at the ballet lessons. Try to keep your ankle straight and don’t sickle. Remember to keep your turnout as well!

  1. AH ! at last, ONE stretch I’m capable of ! ahah I’m such a beginner, so the other stretches you do are just to advanced stuff for me 😀 but they give me a goal to tend to !
